For a long time I have been an avid reader of the Caravan Club magazine but have never previously felt compelled to put pen to paper in repect of my thirty plus years experience of caravanning until now. The reason that I write is because of the outstanding service that I have received from LeisureOutlet who now regularly advertise in the Club magazine. On account of the adverts in the magazine I recently ordered a number of items from this company. Unfortunately upon receipt and trial of the more expensive of these items, which cost several hundred pounds, I deemed it not to be suitable for purpose albeit it was of good quality.

I contacted LeisureOutlet expecting the usual resistance when making a request for money back. However I was very pleasantly surprised upon speaking to 'Gary'. He was totally understanding of the case that I was making out and immediately made contact with the manufacturer's agent in the U.K. There was then a three way dialogue between myself, the agents and Gary. I was constantly kept up to date by Gary and the outcome was that the agent arranged collection of the item from my home address and I received a full refund from LeisureOutlet.

Many may say that's what I was entitled to but what was outstanding was the energy that Gary put into ensuring that I received a high standard of service and his continued and constant communication with me so that I knew exactly what was happening throughout the whole process. This service was significantly higher than most that I receive when making a purchase never mind asking for my money back. I for one would have no hesitation in recommending LeisureOutlet to other Club members and would not hesitate to trade with them in the future.
