With a ceramic infrared grill, porcelain enamel griddle, integrated warming plate and deep fat fryer/sauté pan, each with its own temperature control and running off of a single propane container.
The ceramic infrared grill has a patented HELLFIRE infrared burner, and reaches temperatures of up to 343° Celsius, searing your food and sealing in the flavour. The deep fat fryer uses up to 450ml of oil, which can be drained into an insulated container for convenient transport, or it can be used as a sauté pan. The accessory table can be used as a cutting board or storage place, and the Party Hub itself folds down for easy transportation and storage.
The Blacktop Party Hub comes with a bamboo cutting board, oil slosh ring, thermometer, insulated liquid catch bottle, three-position lid, metal ring for attaching accessories, and durable carrying bag.
