I ordered a Fiamma Caravan Zip complete awning on Friday evening, and then had to call you on Saturday morning as I had forgotten to include an item. I was told that my order had been received, but as they were out of stock it wouldn't be delivered untilthe end of April or beginning of May.

I was a little disappointed, but decided to continue with the order. So imagine my surprise and delight when, this morning, my order arrived - all complete and with no items missing!

Just thought I would let you know about the purchase I made on 10 October - a breathable cover for my caravan.

Today, my wife and I parked the caravan up and opened the cover. Being an ex-lorry driver and used to sheeting loads for the past 40 years, I am very impressed with the purchase I made.

First, I opened the cover and turned it inside out. I then folded it into three (side to side) and placed the cover in the middle of my caravan - first marking the cover with the zip side for the door - then pulled one side down slightly, then movedto the other side and did the same. It took a whole 10 minutes!

One of the reasons I am writing to you is that my caravan is a Bailey Senitor Arizona (20-21ft) and the cover could have been made for it. It fits like a glove, being the correct shape for the rear and for the front.

For a long time I have been an avid reader of the Caravan Club magazine but have never previously felt compelled to put pen to paper in repect of my thirty plus years experience of caravanning until now. The reason that I write is because of the outstandingservice that I have received from LeisureOutlet who now regularly advertise in the Club magazine. On account of the adverts in the magazine I recently ordered a number of items from this company. Unfortunately upon receipt and trial of the more expensiveof these items, which cost several hundred pounds, I deemed it not to be suitable for purpose albeit it was of good quality.

I contacted LeisureOutlet expecting the usual resistance when making a request for money back. However I was very pleasantly surprised upon speaking to 'Gary'. He was totally understanding of the case that I was making out and immediately made contactwith the manufacturer's agent in the U.K. There was then a three way dialogue between myself, the agents and Gary. I was constantly kept up to date by Gary and the outcome was that the agent arranged collection of the item from my home address and I receiveda full refund from LeisureOutlet.

Many may say that's what I was entitled to but what was outstanding was the energy that Gary put into ensuring that I received a high standard of service and his continued and constant communication with me so that I knew exactly what was happening throughoutthe whole process. This service was significantly higher than most that I receive when making a purchase never mind asking for my money back. I for one would have no hesitation in recommending LeisureOutlet to other Club members and would not hesitateto trade with them in the future.
