We send items within 3 - 5 working days of your payment clearing, and all items are sent by 48-hour courier services. We use Yodel, APC, Nightfreight and Royal Mail, and when you submit your order, please provide us with a contact number so that thecourier can get in touch with you if needed.

We will notify you when to expect your delivery. We are unable to provide a specific time for delivery, but we will notify you of the day so that you can make sure someone is there to collect. Once your order is despatched, you'll receive an email withthe tracking information and a link to the courier's website to help you track your package.
