The Ranger allows you to explore every detail on your Ordnance Survey map with thanks to its built-in magnifying lens, this allows to meticulously plan your route from exploring places of interests, places to avoid and from navigating between waypoints. This precise compass features 1:25 and 1:50 scales which helps to measure the distance of your hike. With thanks to the DryFlex Grip, this allows for easy handling of the compass when wearing gloves or in hiking in wet environments.

Attached to the compass is lanyard, this allows you place the compass around your neck which saves you from misplacing the device along your walk, trek, or hike. The lanyard features a breakaway clip, this is for safety of use should you accidentally get the compass caught; prevents harm to your neck. The bendable structure of the lanyard means you place the Ranger Compass onto your route map without having to remove the compass from your persons.
