The Van Wolf MTB is a hardtail (HT) bicycle, as up-front the Radioactive boasts a durable front suspension unit that is designed to iron out the shocks for improved control and performance when riding off road; with 80mm of travel.
This all-terrain bike ride upon a 27.5" (650b) wheel size, super chunky grippy off-road tyres proving ample of traction on a variety of surfaces. The large diameter of this bike's wheelset provides plenty of ground clearance.
For braking performance the Van Wolf Radioactive HT has been equipped with mechanical discs brakes which are more effective than bikes with standard V-style brakes. Perfect for all-weather, any conditions cycling!
The full Shimano drivetrain provides this MTB with a 21-speed drivetrain, that's seven rear gears and three front gears provide assistance when cycling up hill and plenty of drive for powering the flats. It's uncomplicated number of gears (gearing ratios) which makes this bike perfect for those who are new to the world of mountain biking.

Condition: New and boxed. 90% built. Inflation of tyres. Fitting of pedals, handlebars/stem and seat post/saddle, adjustments to brake and gear cables required prior to riding. Some bikes may require further assembly, and this may require fitting mudguards, pannier racks, front basket assembly, and stabilisers. Tools required for assembly: cross head screwdriver, 4/5/6mm allen keys, 15mm spanner for pedals. A generic manual is included, but may not include specific assembly instructions. If you are unable to assemble the bike safely, we recommend that the bike is taken to your local bike mechanic for assembly prior to use. For ongoing maintenance, we recommend your bike should be serviced by an approved cycling mechanic.
