Our standard despatch time is within two working days of the payment clearing. Delivery times vary by region, but are typically within 2-5 working days.
Special Order and Made to Order products are not included in our typical delivery timescales and we refer you to the individual product details for expected delivery timescales for these items.
The courier service will depend on the product ordered, but our couriers include Royal Mail, UK Mail, and Yodel. We work closely with our courier services to ensure that your packages arrive in the time frame specified.
Where a Signed for Service is used the carriers will require signature for the parcel(s) to be left and they will not as a matter of course leave unsigned even if a ‘Safe Place’ is available. They will usually attempt to leave with a close neighbour if someone is available and willing to sign. In this event the driver will leave a card at your address detailing the address where the parcel(s) have been left for you to retrieve.
Where a signed for service is not used the carrier may leave the parcel in a perceived Safe Place within the property boundaries and leave a note of where it has been left. Alternatively they may leave with a neighbour and in this event the neighbour will be required to sign confirming receipt. A Card will be left confirming which address the parcel(s) have been left with.
Please Note: During the bank holiday season, there may be a delay in your delivery due to the large number of items travelling through the delivery system. While we and our courier services will endeavour to deliver in the timescales agreed to, we cannot be held responsible or liable in the event of any delays.
We request that, when submitting your order, you provide a contact telephone number which can be used by the courier if they have difficulty in locating you when attempting to delivery.
We will notify you via email or telephone when to expect delivery. This notice will be only the date, as we are unable to provide a specified time. If it is necessary for the courier to attempt delivery a second time, they will leave a card for you to contact them to rearrange the delivery. If a third delivery attempt is required, the cost of delivery will be charged directly to you at an additional £5.00. If delivery is still unsuccessful, then the product will be returned to us. We will then charge you the normal delivery rate for re-delivery, plus an additional £10.00 for the cost of return to Holcros Ltd.
Shipping to these areas will attract surcharges in accordance with the table below.
For orders below £95, this surcharge is in addition to the standard shipping charge. Any orders in excess of £95 will attract the surcharge rate ONLY.
