FROM THE CARThe Goal Zero Yeti 6000X can be charged by plugging into your 12V adapter using the Goal Zero Yeti Lithium 12V Car Charging Cable. NOTE: Do not attempt to charge your Yeti Lithium from a 12V source using a regular charging cable. Doing so may cause damage to the unit.

This means that you can harvest (collect) the sun's energy that will charge the battery meaning you can use that power for later use to power can charge your devices. Goal Zero recommend that you use one of their plug-and-play solar panels to collect and store the sun's power within your Yeti X Portable Lithium Generator. You can chain multiple Goal Zero Solar Panels together to increase the surface area which improves on charge times. You can use the solar panel/s to trickle charge the Yeti, so should you be powering and charging devices you can extend the life of your Yeti before complete battery drain. Using Goal Zero Solar Panels alongside your Yeti gives you back-up power no matter your location, activity or adventure; never find yourself without power!
