Description

Trangia’s unique super laminate. Duossal 2.0 is a perfect combination of two materials in one, pressed together under high pressure. Aluminium on the outside for good thermal conductivity, and stainless steel inside, which makes the pans scratch resistant and easy to clean. Duossal pans are durable and heat up quickly. The thickness of the material is a total of 0.8mm. Stainless steel 0.3 / Aluminium 0.5 mm. Series 25 consist of two saucepans, 1.75 and 1.5 liters, a frypan Ø220 mm, windshields, a spirit burner, a pan grip and a strap. Dimensions (packed together): Ø220 mm x H105 mm. Where the windshields are in ultralight aluminium and the saucepans and frypan in Duossal. Weight 1130 g.

Trangia Care Instructions:

  • Save the plastic cover that comes with the frypan or make your own protection such as a piece of oilcloth (non-stick)
  • Use only plastic/ wooden tools in the vessels (non-stick)
  • Do not wash in dishwasher, hand washing is recommended for all parts of the Trangia stove
  • Do not store/ leave food in the vessels, clean straight away
  • Be sure everything is dry before packing together the stove
  • Moisture and food particles can cause corrosion, discoloration and holes in the material
  • Do not place empty pans on the stove, they can melt
  • Details made of heat-resistant plastic, e.g. the handle of the kettle, can melt at very high temperature or in direct contact with the fire
  • Never leave your stove unattended and be aware of the wind direction as the air holes in the lower windshield should be turned into the wind
  • Spirit burner with fuel in it should not be packed in the stove during transportation, it can leak
  • Never refill the burner until it is completely extinguished and has cooled down and use the fuel bottle with the safety cap
  • Keep the burner in plastic or similar to prevent corrosion damages on the vessels.
